Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Red Beast (“we”, “us”), a brand of Canadian Remedies, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on redbeast.in, why, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

• Details you give us: first name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, delivery address, and anything you type into a form or message.
• Vitality Assessment answers: your quiz answers and the score we show you. These can relate to your wellbeing, so we treat them as sensitive and use them only to guide your recommendation.
• Order details: products, order value, delivery and payment method. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net banking details. Payments are handled by our payment partners.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and cookies.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to send order updates.
• To share your assessment result and, if you ask, a private consultation.
• To send the 7 Day Vitality Reset and other helpful content, only if you opted in.
• To run and improve the website, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

We do not use your data for anything else without asking you first.

Consent

We collect and use your data with your consent, shown in a clear notice at the point you share it, or where the law allows (for example to complete an order). You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, and some orders may need us to keep records.

Messages on WhatsApp, SMS and email

We send marketing messages only if you opted in, and not during quiet hours. Reply STOP or click unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to serve you: payment gateways, courier and logistics companies, messaging and email tools, and website hosting and analytics. They may use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also share data when the law or a court requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.
• Assessment and consultation details: 12 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us sooner.
• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also name a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or cannot act. Write to the Grievance Officer on our Contact Us page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our products and website are for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has shared data with us, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
