Where we ship
We ship across India to serviceable pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- On orders below ₹999, the shipping fee depends on your pin code. You see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Any COD fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your pin code and the courier. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier issues are outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve them.
Discreet packaging
Every order is packed in plain packaging with no product names on the outside.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Damaged or wrong parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short unboxing video. See our Return and Refund Policy.
