Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely comfortable with your order. Because our products are used on or taken into the body, returns are accepted only for a defective delivery, as set out below.

When you can return

• The product arrived damaged, leaking or tampered with.
• You received the wrong product or a missing item.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video. Opened or used products that are not defective cannot be returned.

How it works

1. Email redbeastindia@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 60069 31091 with your order number and photos.
2. We review your request and confirm a replacement or refund.
3. If a pickup is needed, we arrange it. Please keep the product and packaging ready.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method once the return is approved.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account you share with us.
• Shipping fees are refunded only when the error was ours.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
